RESOURCE CD ON COUNSELING, CARE AND SUPPORT IN THE CONTEXT OF HIV-AIDS
This multimedia resource CD evolved in the process of compiling appropriate material for the core professionals on the key issues of Counseling, Care and Support in the context of HIV-AIDS. The information and material has been collated from various sources like National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), UNAIDS, and HLFPPT field experiences. The CD is designed to help the facilitators and those working in the areas of counseling, care and support on HIV-AIDS as a ready reference.

COMMUNITY BASED SOCIAL MARKETING PROGRAM IN MADHYA PRADESH
This short 20 minute film documents the “Swastha Gram Pariyojana” or the ‘Healthy Village Project’ being implemented in the State of Madhya Pradesh by HLFPPT. This meticulously planned and implemented project involves various Community Based Social Marketing techniques that have evolved over a period of time. With a vision to provide innovative health solutions, HLFPPT has adopted interesting methodologies to reach out to the rural populace of Madhya Pradesh. The Project aims to bring about and sustain the positive behavior, people have towards the use of contraceptives and health care products through strengthened Community Based Distribution Network at the village level, supported by a comprehensive local media based IEC Program.

CONDOM TOOLKIT
Condom promotion has emerged not as a single isolated action; but a combination of activities designed to encourage, demand, acceptance and use of high quality condoms in Family Planning, preventing sexual transmission of HIV and other STDs. Successful condom programing requires prior creation of a demand through behavior change, communication and then ensure effective supply and accessibility of high quality, preferred condoms in the target areas. With an ambition to promote quality condom use and capacitate various NGOs as well as CBOs, HLFPPT has launched the Condom Promotion Toolkit. This innovative and very creatively designed Kit comprises of some twenty one-odd components that provide complete solutions to all training needs in the area of condom promotion. It incorporates various aspects of adult learning and facilitates efficient service delivery. It has proved to be very successful in training senior and mid level managers of organizations.

FEMALE CONDOM
Over the pre-programing assessment phase of Social Marketing of Female Condoms in India, HLFPPT has developed a pool of resources for wider implementation of the program. These resources can be adapted for FC programing in different settings.

The resource pool comprises of a cadre of 2000 Master Trainers in eight states of India
